Shipping Policy

At The Gilded Rack, we are committed to delivering your pieces with the same level of care and refinement with which they were selected. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand processing times, delivery expectations, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, promotional periods, or collection launches, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. The Gilded Rack is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Gilded Rack is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

The Gilded Rack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

The Gilded Rack reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
